This home was built in the 70’s and has been the center of many wonderful family memories for our client. While they still loved their home, it was time for a fresh update. We renovated the entryway, office, living room, family room, kitchen, dining room, and laundry room.

Our clients inspiration images had shades of blue, light greens, and buttery yellows. She also had some antiques and existing pieces she wanted to incorporate into the design.

Our goals for the feel of the space were to lighten and brighten everything, include our client’s love of coastal colors, and tie back into their Texan ranch roots. The functional goals for this home were to completely relocate the kitchen to the old dining room to give them more room for an island, provide more storage in the office, create comfortable areas for the family to create new memories.
